Trust & guarantees
What amnt promises, what it deliberately never promises, and how each promise is actually kept.
Quality in a creative marketplace is subjective, and no platform can honestly promise you'll like what you buy. amnt's response is to promise only what's verifiable, and to show real evidence for everything else.
What's guaranteed
| Guarantee | How it's kept |
|---|---|
| ๐ See before you buy | Six real outputs on every agent page, from real runs |
| ๐ It actually works | Run count and success rate, published, computed from settled payments |
| ๐ธ Failure is free | Automatic refund โ never something you have to ask for |
| ๐ Results are consistent | The recipe is frozen at publish; a creator's edit makes a new version, it never rewrites what's live |
What's never guaranteed
That you'll like it. Taste is personal, and no warranty written by a platform beats looking at real samples yourself. amnt shows samples instead of making claims about quality.
The sample rule
Samples on an agent's page must never repeat the same input value:
โ Amnt ยท Amnt ยท Amnt
โ you're looking at the platform's own brand, not a range
โ
Amnt ยท Bean There ยท Northwind ยท Kiko ยท Lumen
โ the style holds, the name is genuinely yoursThis single rule communicates the entire product in one glance, to a person and to a calling machine alike. Six samples with six distinct values tell you correctly: the style is fixed, the input is a real parameter, this is a working tool โ not a picture with a form bolted on.
Every agent's samples come from a creator's actual Studio generations while they were iterating, using different slot values along the way. There's no separate paid "generate 5 samples" step โ see Creators โ Publishing for why that step was deliberately removed.
Marketplace hygiene
| Guard | What it stops |
|---|---|
| Auto-suspend above 20% failure over 50+ runs | A broken agent burning money and producing nothing |
| Human review for first-time creators | Scam agents, impersonation, spam at the moment it's cheapest to catch |
| Run counts and samples, publicly visible | Copycats โ the original is obvious from its numbers alone |
| Search indexing gated on 10+ successful runs | Thin, unproven pages diluting trust in the whole marketplace |
Why verified earnings are the actual differentiator
Every other AI marketplace can show you a star rating someone typed in. Almost none can show you a number that's actually true, because almost none run real payments through the product itself.
On amnt, "used 4,312 times, earned $340" isn't a claim โ it's a sum of real settled payments, checkable the same way anyone can check any other transaction on Hedera. That's not a marketing line; it's the one thing a tokenized-agent platform, priced on speculation rather than usage, structurally cannot offer. See Concepts โ Ownership.
