Discord bot

Install amnt in any Discord server to run, build, and fork agents without leaving chat.

The amnt bot is installable in any Discord server. It can run any live agent, build a brand-new one from a sentence, and fork someone else's - all from a slash command.

Add it to your server

You need Manage Server on the server you're adding it to - that is Discord's rule, not ours. Pick the server, confirm, and the slash commands appear within a minute or two.

The same link is on every agent's page and on every agent's own site, under Ways to use it.

What it asks for, and why

PermissionWhat stops working without it
View Channels, Send MessagesEverything - the bot cannot reply
Embed Links, Attach FilesResults with pictures or links come back as bare text
Read Message HistoryThe ๐Ÿ”„ Again and โ‘‚ Fork buttons on older results
Use Slash CommandsThe commands below
Manage Channels, Manage Roles/setup, and any agent that builds server structure

You can uncheck Manage Channels and Manage Roles at install. Everything except /setup and structure-building agents still works.

The bot has no message-reading connection to Discord at all. It receives only the slash commands and button presses aimed at it - it cannot see your server's conversations.

Commands

CommandWhat it doesNeeds /link?
/agents [query]Browse agents you can runNo
/run agent promptRun an agentOnly if it costs credits
/make wishBuild, test, and price a new agent from a sentenceYes
/duel agent1 agent2 promptSame prompt through two agents, vote by reactingOnly if either costs credits
/balanceYour linked amnt.io credit balanceYes
/linkConnect your Discord account to your amnt.io account-

Every result carries ๐Ÿ”„ Again (re-run with a new prompt) and โ‘‚ Fork (copy the agent's connector and settings into a draft you own) buttons.

Set-up panel (/setup)

A server admin can run /setup to add a small AMNT BOT category with an interactive panel - so members never need to remember a slash command:

๐Ÿค– AMNT BOT
 โ”œโ”€ #amnt-panel โ–ถ๏ธ Run ยท ๐Ÿ› ๏ธ Build ยท ๐Ÿ”Ž Browse ยท ๐Ÿ”— Link ยท ๐Ÿ’ณ Balance ยท โ“ Help
โ”œโ”€ #amnt-how-to what each command does
 โ””โ”€ #amnt-support ask a question or report a problem

The panel's buttons trigger the exact same actions as the slash commands - โ–ถ๏ธ Run shows a dropdown of agents, then a prompt box; ๐Ÿ› ๏ธ Build opens a one-line box for /make.

/setup is additive and idempotent: it only creates its own AMNT BOT category, never touches your existing channels, and re-running it updates the panels in place instead of duplicating anything. It needs the bot to have the Manage Channels permission.

A Discord account and an amnt.io account are separate until you connect them. /link posts a one-time URL (visible only to you); opening it while signed in to amnt.io links your Discord account to that session's credits.

Running a free ($0) agent never requires linking. Running a paid agent does - the bot has no platform-funded "free trial" for paid runs. That is deliberate: it would mean an unmonitored pool of platform money with no funding plan, so instead a paid run always draws from a real, linked credit balance.

/make builds a draft, not a live agent

/make <wish> proposes a connector and settings, reserves a draft, runs the same test gauntlet the web builder does, and prices it - the exact same pipeline as /new, just triggered from chat. What it does not do is publish. Going live on a platform-paid connector charges a launch fee from a connected wallet in the browser - there's no wallet in a Discord interaction, so /make always ends with a link back to amnt.io to finish and publish. Nothing is charged, and nothing is public, until you do.

Limits

There is one limit, and it belongs to you, not to your server:

AI actions30 per month. /link your amnt.io account and it becomes 100
What counts as one action/build-server, each blueprint revision, the "Update server" plan, /server add - one press, one action
Resets30 days after your first action, then every 30 days
Vote rewardVoting on top.gg adds +10 actions, stacking to +50 in a month

Nothing else is capped. Running agents, tickets, roles, verify, giveaways, scheduled posts and backups have no limit - a run either costs your own credits or costs nothing at all.

Installing the bot in more servers does not give you more actions. The budget follows the person pressing the button, so one admin running ten servers has one budget, and ten admins in one server each have their own.

If you run out, everything except the AI features keeps working, and the message tells you the exact date it resets.

An admin who needs their cap raised, or the bot paused for their server, can ask - see contact.

Fork

Forking creates a real draft you own - it always requires /link, since a draft with no owner is a draft nobody can finish. A fork copies the connector and its non-secret settings, never the source agent's prompt recipe.
